When I felt ready (2 months postpartum), I decided to tackle the 30-day training plan. Let me tell you…NOTHING that I’ve done in the past can compare to Jess Allen’s 30-day training program, and Level 1 and 2 Elite Boot Camps. Her programs are quick, sweaty, and extremely EFFECTIVE! They challenge me each and every day, and push me further than I’ve been pushed before…in a good way of course! Jess’s commitment to her clients is out of this world; never have I received such quick responses, with honest advice, to my many random questions.
As a person who has been fit her whole life, I was devastated and nearly gave up on seeing any improvement in my body after having 4 babies in 6 years. Working full time and traveling at times every month, I was lucky to find my running shoes let alone work out. I stumbled upon Jess’s treadmill workout on Pinterest, and I started doing that twice a week along with my typical runs. Then I signed up for two of her elite boot camps. The group aspect to this kept me going. I felt part of a team and enjoyed the encouragement and accountability from my fellow elite boot campers. And, the workouts (WODs) are AMAZE!! They are short (typically 30 min) and sassy (effective). Many times, I referred to my WOD as a sweat- maker. As I moved through the days and weeks, I became noticeably more fit, felt stronger and had scary more energy. I had to buy new bras since I lost inches!! I am not done with my journey but I recognize the progress I made and this progress I owe to Jess, the trainer that turned my body back to something I recognize as me.

I realized that my journey with fitness has been a long one, and my transformation has been more mental than anything. When I was competing at the collegiate level and professionally, I worked out for sometimes 4+ hours a day because it was required. After finishing that phase of my life, it was hard for me to give all that u, and I would spend 2 hours a day working out. I would feel guilty if I didn’t get my whole workout in for the day. I’ve since been through five pregnancies and numerous physical changes due to that and I’m happy to say that my mental attitude towards fitness has changed. I spend 30 to 45 minutes on my workouts about 5 days a week. I weigh the same as I did when I was competing professionally and I feel just as strong. The difference is that my life is not consumed with my workouts. Some days I miss a workout because my life is crazy and my kids are my priority…..and that’s OK! I’m happy, I’m strong, and my kids are seeing me balance it all! These workouts are perfect for the life I’m loving to live! Thanks Jess!

Elite Boot Camp
This camp exceeded my expectations, and I never thought I would increase in the strength and endurance that I did. I lifted more weight than I probably ever would have ever attempted before. I have not only increased in physical strength, but I have become a stronger woman on the inside ready to conquer anything that comes my way. (My husband has also started working out again!) These last 6 weeks have been an amazing journey!

I enjoyed Jess Allen’s Elite Boot Camp so much! Not only did I see great results, but every workout was different and I never got bored! Being a personal trainer, I would not have anyone else program my workouts!
During the 6 weeks, I could feel that I was getting stronger. I noticed more definition in my thighs, abs, and arms! This boot camp has now completely changed the way that I workout! I gained more strength and definition in my body in these 6 weeks than I did during 18 weeks of marathon training and I feel fabulous! To say that this boot camp has been amazing, is an understatement. It is one of the best choices I have made!
This program was one of the best things I’ve ever invested in. Jess put together a super challenging, variable, and progressive 6 week program that is obvious that it is backed by proper education and experience. She is the ultimate leader. Not only has elite boot camp given me 6 weeks worth of super fun and challenging workouts, but it has taught me a new school of thought for working out (that I will use for the rest of my life), new knowledge on proper fueling, and confidence that the scale never could’ve provided. I lost weight and inches on this program, which was my goal, but I’ve gained so much more that the weight loss isn’t even a priority any longer. I feel stronger and smarter than ever.
Jess has forever changed the way I workout. The Elite Boot Camps were never boring and always challenging. The workouts were relatively short (which I appreciate as a mom of a little one), but very intense. Not only did I get stronger physically, but Jess helped me see what I was capable of. I am thankful that I took this leap and grateful to Jess. She is knowledgeable, supportive and a butt-kicker?. Thank you for the bottom of my heart!
