Total Body Dumbbell Workout
I used a single 25# dumbbell for a variety of movements. There are video demonstrations of each exercise linked to my YouTube channel below.
Complete 5 rounds of the following movements in order. Scroll below for exercise demos.
5 – Single arm dumbbell snatches (each arm)
5 – Single arm dumbbell thrusters (each arm)
10 – Sumo squat to high pull
10 – Push-ups to dumbbell pull throughs
10 – Dumbbell Russian twists
10 – Straight legged crunches to dumbbell press

Because the repetitions are on the low side, you can move through this workout fairly fast. Additionally, you can substitute a kettlebell, or a baby (just kidding!) if that is all you have available.
Sadly, my grandma passed away at 94 years of age, which brought us back to Nebraska earlier than expected. She was full of grace and class, and we celebrated her life following a small service.
Death is such a tricky subject for kids. They did not attend the funeral, but Spencer brought them to the celebration of life and the tension in the room almost immediately lifted upon their arrival. They brought so many smiles when we needed some joy.
