Training Plan Philosophy
I want to help you hit your fitness goals by offering a challenging program using a combination of body weight & gym workouts. Half of the workouts require no equipment, while the other half use common equipment (see below).
My goal is to maximize your time without compromising results. As a result, the workouts will be 20-30 minutes in length, but very challenging to make sure your minutes are well spent.
Every exercise is demonstrated by video. Just click on the link of the exercise in the workout.
Because half of the workouts require equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells or a barbell, access to a training facility or home gym is recommended. It might be helpful to also have access to cardio options or a space in which to run (or row/cycle if you prefer).
You will also receive a clean eating guide along with my tips for fueling for success. Workouts will be similar to those I have shared on my site and in Elite Boot Camps, but they are all brand NEW! No repeats.
