Speaking of fast, that’s exactly what workouts and eats look like around here lately.
When I’m short on time, I choose exercises that use lots of muscles to maximize my workout.
- 400m run
- 10 thrusters 65#
- 5 pull-ups (kipping)
Over the weekend, I had a bit more time, so I extended my typical 30 minutes for a workout.
Jada got her workout in too!
Most of you know, that I like simple foods and preparation, so here goes.
Tuna & hummus with spinach on whole wheat.
My amazing client made tabbouleh with quinoa, and I paired it with cottage cheese.
Farmers market stir-fry of turkey bratwurst and zucchini.
Grab and go lunch from the grocery store of chicken salad, tabbouleh, edamame, guac, & chips.
My same awesome client shared this unreal pound cake made with cauliflower, and a macro-nutrient breakdown of 3g c/24g p/4g f per 2 slices.
Jada approved too. It was delicious!!
