As a reminder, I am not a CrossFit coach (I’m a CSCS). I love CrossFit and use it frequently for my workouts and to train others often adapting the WOD’s to the equipment I have available.
Jada was down for nap time, so I had my window for a workout!
The goal is to complete this workout as fast as possible. So, the first round, you perform 50 kettlebell swings (eye level), 50 push-ups, 50 squats, and 50 butterfly sit-ups. Next round, 40 and so on.
At the end of the workout, you’ll have done 150 kettlebell swings, 150 push-ups, 150 squats, and 150 butterfly sit-ups for a total of 600 reps!

Tank Tops and Toes
Saturday’s weather was amazing! After running in the morning, Jada and I met my parent’s at the Creighton baseball game for a double header.
You can see we are sporting our warm weather clothes! It was in the 80’s and perfect conditions for baseball. Also, how did Jada get so long?!! 10 month update coming soon.
Here are my parents in between games at the field’s restaurant. I love days like this–spending time outside with my parents & Jada cheering on Spencer and the team.
I even packed the umbrella stroller, so Jada and I could do some laps at the field.
She spent a majority of the time grabbing her toes (video on Instagram) while I pushed her around the park.
Luckily, we made the most of Saturday as Sunday brought rain AND snow! What the ..?!
