Many of you suggested this might be a Wonder Week based on my last post. She is a bit more clingy and not the rock star napper she has been. That also means I’ve had zero time to blog outside of work and watching her.
It’s no surprise that my most popular posts involve workouts.

2. Feisty 50 CrossFit-Style Workout
To relieve my plantar fasciitis, I incorporated more strength based interval training.
I didn’t want my fitness level to decline as result of less mileage. Fortunately, this style of training would lead to bigger physique improvements than I had experienced before.
3. Dirty 30 Workout
Like the Feisty 50, this workout requires no equipment.
30 reps of 10 exercises. Finish as fast as you can!
A great way to break up 3 miles of running while incorporating strength training.
The popularity of this series also gives me hope that there will be interest when I open my online training in January 2014!
