Today, I have a simple, yet effective 4 minute ab routine for you. And, I have not one, but TWO co-hosts on the video!
With limited time to workout thanks to the little one below, I have to maximize my time. So, I typically dial up my intensity for workouts. Lately, though, as you will see, Jada seems content watching me exercise.
This routine consists of 4 moves that will be repeated twice during the workout. Personally, it is always easier to use interval timing rather than count reps, so I used my Gymboss Interval Timer.
I set my timer for a tabata–if you’ve been reading for a while, you know this is my favorite method of training. The video breaks down the moves and shows you how to properly perform each one.
