Don’t ask me how, but Jada turned 3 months old this week!
Wasn’t I just sharing her 2 month update?
Do you think she has changed?
By the way, the monthly circles are stickers I ordered off amazon.com for all you future mamas that want to take pictures like this!
I think I read somewhere, that the 3 months following birth are considered the 4th trimester. It’s hard. Sleep deprivation, no schedule initially, baby attached to the boob 24/7, zero time for yourself, poopy diapers galore, spit-up, etc.
Did I provide birth control for any readers?!
But, somewhere between month 2 and 3, you really can see this little person develop and respond!
Those toothless grins cancel out any lack of sleep you most certainly have.
This is after work when I pick her from my parents. The YMCA has child care for FREE, but right now they are adjusting their schedules to watch her. Lucky girl!
Jada recognizes her family and responds to voices, funny faces and silly sounds. In new environments, she’s a little student studying her surroundings…
Her First Baseball Game
She did really well, but we left before any crying ensued and she passed out on the ride home. Here are my parents with Jada.
She’ll be living at the ball park in the Spring, so I hope she likes it!
Meeting her Great Grandmother
Four generations. My grandma (my dad’s mom) was so excited to see Jada and loved holding her.
Jada’s probably 13-14 lbs now, so she got heavy fast!
Her Brother Cooper
We had to include her brother Cooper in the photo shoot. He is so handsome!
Jada thinks so too.
She is noticing Cooper more too. I know they will be buddies…especially when she starts eating solid food and spilling it everywhere. Her will be her shadow!
So, our little girl is 3 months old and growing like a weed.
Where is that pause button again?
What’s on your agenda this weekend?! –I’m running my first race post-pregnancy. Eeep!
