Summer is about light, citrus flavors. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t have a treat.
Skinny Key Lime Pie. This is a super simple recipe. I mean, when have I ever done something complicated, right?! And, with a newborn, it’s not like I have extra time in the day!
Here is what you need:
1 – 8 oz. container of lite cool-whip
1 – graham cracker pie crust
2 – sugar free key lime Jello packets
2 – 6 oz. light or fat-free key lime yogurts
1 scoop of GNC Total Lean 25 Key Lime protein powder
Mix all the ingredients (besides the crust, of course) in a medium bowl. Be thorough so it’s not grainy.
Then, spread mixture on the pie crust. By the way, I found that adding 2 jello packets, versus one, helps the pie hold its shape.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving. Super light and delicious.

*Note: You can use any flavor of jello and yogurt. I wanted to incorporate the Key Lime protein powder, so I went that route.
