A few weeks ago, I shared a Kettlebell Workout that can be done in the comfort of your home.
What I didn’t include was my usual how-to-video! Many of you commented requesting an instructional video in order to properly do the moves on your own.
Finally, I came through! I take you through the instructions of each move:
- Single arm snatch (alternating)
- Dead lifts
- Swings
- Goblet squat
- High pulls
Then, I show you a condensed version of the workout. Remember, you will do each move for an entire tabata (4 minutes). Also, keep in mind I’m in my 6 month of pregnancy, so I’m a tad out of breath!
For the video, I wanted to share my fitness tools and gear because I likely will get some questions. My timer is the GymBoss timer and the kettlebells are the Cap brand can be ordered HERE. I’m using both a 35 lbs and 50 lbs model.

Great work Rosi!! Thanks for giving it a go!!!
Just got done…loved it! Even my hubby got something out of it
So cool you two worked out together. This is a similar WOD we do at CrossFit so it should be a stellar burn with +20 minutes of tabatas!
Kettlebells are high on my list of must-buy equipment for our house! I am constantly checking Craigslist but they rarely come up since it seems like a more recently popular piece of equipment. I might just have to bite the bullet at head over to a sporting goods store- at least I know that I have a few solid workouts from you pinned and ready to goo!

Great info! I haven’t done much with kettlebells, since I don’t have any at home. But I know they can be an awesome workout. Thanks for sharing!

You bet! Thanks for checking it out Laura!! I used to sub dumb bells for some of the moves
I love my kettlebell. I just realized that I need a heavier one if you can lift those while being pregnant and all! I have a 20 lb but I’ll be adding to my collection real soon.
You look fantastic!
I like IG. My 13 yr old helped me set up an account….why am I techno-dumb all of a sudden? I don’t follow too many people but there’s a ton of info on there. Great social media!
You bet you can go heavier!! Although 20# is fantastic and super versatile!
