Baby Love: Me2Roo Maternity Activewear

Before we talk of hearts and love, I have a wonderful clothing line to share with you today called Me2Roo.

I connected with the founder of Me2Roo maternity activewear, Maggie, over twitter and was excited to learn more about her company. Me2Roo is, “…a collection of effortlessly chic and stylish activewear designed to transition and embrace the body through all stages of pregnancy.”

Maggie’s line offers women the chance to remain stylish and feel confident with changing their changing bodies.

Above, I’m wearing the Scarlett waterfall wrap in silver grey burnout with the Piper leggings. The wrap is stylish and does not say “maternity” in the least. I will use this piece for seasons to come!

The Piper leggings sit low on the hips and the waistband allows for belly growth which I will need in the next 16 weeks. I love the detailing on the leggings, gently gathered at the bottom.

Pants, capris and even a skort are also available too.

Finally, the Charlotte top in black & pink is flattering with its scoop neck and seam construction.

Once I put this top on, I fell in love with it and knew it would be a wardrobe staple for teaching my fitness classes and beyond. There is a built in bra, but I need the additional support of another one right now!

You can adjust the fit with your growing belly too using the discrete strap at the hemline.

And, check out the back:

A “pop” of sparkle on the T strap! There a several other color combinations but I know I will get the most use from the black. And, there are also many styles of tops to choose from like the Ellie, Inez, and Morgan depending on your preference.

Are you wondering about the “Roo” in Me2Roo?

The logo is a kangaroo! Maggie believes a happy, healthy mommy = a happy, healthy baby. She wants women to continue to exercise and feel positive about their changing bodies during pregnancy and after.

I’m a fan of the Me2Roo philosophy and stylish products. One thing I failed to consider initially is my body after baby. I can’t go straight back to my normal clothes immediately following child birth, right? It will be important to have attractive pieces that allow me to transition back to my pre-baby body.

When you shop Me2Roo now, you can save 30% off your purchase by using code NEWYEARROO.

Happy Valentines Day!

  5. I am loving the maternity fitness stuff! I am looking for maternity fitness stuff myself. My stretchy pants are still working for now but I imagine I will need a couple of pairs soon, but my tops…they are just not really working anymore. I have been looking and I love what you have posted, my only problem is that it seems to be a bit pricey for me. :( Being that I wear fitness clothes everyday for work I am desperate to find something, but something I can afford preferably. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks! :) Looking great by the way! :)

  6. Oooohhh….so glad they found you and you shared this! I have been having a tough time digging through and trying to find anyone who makes maternity stuff. Right now, all of my stuff fits, but I am predicting that my tops will definitely NOT be fitting at some point. I did find some stuff at Old Navy that will work into pregnancy, but not much else! Thanks for sharing.

  10. From my own recent experience, you never know what your body will do post pregnancy.

9 days after my C-section I was back in pre-preg clothes. Did I expect it? No. Did I work out every bit of my pregnancy? No. Did the swelling post C-section scare the be-jeebs out of me?- Heavens yes!

I don’t know what will happen with no. 2, but I am determined to be flexible and work my a-hem off now!
