Ok, and I have to beg. Please please please blog about CrossFitting while pregnant!! There are so few resources out there. I’m currently 17 weeks and working with my awesome coaches to start modifying/scaling some of the movements now and would love to hear how you are making CF work!

How exciting! Love the picture. My absolute favorite christmas present was when I was pregnant with my first kid. We had the nurse write down the gender and put it in an envelope which we opened on christmas day. Found out we were having a boy! Best christmas present. Good luck with the pregnancy. I bet we’ll be seeing a lot of fit prego posts now! Can’t wait

i ran into my 8th month with my last (didn’t start running until a few years ago) and it helped me so much! you can do it!
Congrats!!!! Such wonderful news! I found out I was pregnant on Dec 1st and it was totally the best Christmas gift ever. Then he was born on my bday (August 1) and I doubt my husband will ever top that birthday gift.
