I have some exciting news to share, but let’s talk food first!
When you see the phrase “Happy Hour” that tends to mean cheap, unhealthy food and lots of alcohol. A sure fire way to nix all the work hard you’ve put in.
But, it doesn’t have to be that way, does it? Kona Grill in Omaha, has a stellar happy hour.
Anytime you see crunchy or tempura next to a sushi description, steer clear. That usually means fried.
And, though the portions may be small, it can add up!
I got the California and veggie rolls (ordered round 2 of these). I really never tire of sushi–even when I “stuff” myself, it’s never an uncomfortable full.
I love nuts.
Nutty Chicken Salad from Jason’s Deli.
Geez, this is more than I have eaten out in months. I usually love their salad bar, but wasn’t quite hungry enough for my multiple trips!
I really like the chewy texture, and they are not overly sweet. Have you tried them? If you like Lara Bars, I bet you’ll dig these!
Finally. My hair is always in a ponytail making it easy to neglect. But, it needed a some care–I think I cut it back in March? I never do anything too drastic, I mean, what would my blog be called?! Blonde Bob, Blonde Nub?
I am so thankful to be a part of FitFluential. Not only have a met some outstanding individuals both in person and virtually, I have had the opportunity to participate in brand campaigns and take amazing trips as a result.
A week from today, I get to visit Reebok Headquarters in Canton, MA! I’m so excited to visit HQ and meet more of my fellow FitFluential ambassadors! I’m not sure what else is in store for us, but I will be sure to keep you guys posted! On twitter, you can follow the hashtag #RBKFITBLOG
At least I know what I’m wearing!
Reebok Real Flex cross training shoes in grey & Vitamin C. I’m in love with these.
