| ‘Iceland’ Annie 2011 Fittest Woman on Earth! |
Making time for a workout on the road and during a wedding weekendis a challenge in itself.

Whew, not sure if it was the altitude, workout, or the late nights, but this one kicked us! We cooled down and ordered breakfast wraps at a local cafe.

It was tough but done quickly!

Thanks Julia!
Sounds like lots of fun! Can’t wait to hear all the updates!
I will do my best to broadcast!!
Ahh the games are gonna be SO awesome!
My pre-workout food is breakfast and I drink BCAAs on the way to the gym. My post-workout food is whey and prunes. Usually doesn’t change much unless I’m not lifting then I might have a slower digesting carb. But let’s be real…I’m always lifting.
Ha ha! You’re funny! When is always lifting a bad thing ?
I always have egg whites after a run/workout. Seriously 60 grams of protein? That sucker is like 9 points plus (WW)! Holy cow!
Egg whites are stellar! I know right? My huby is all over the AMP tho!
man just finished this WOD – in my 87 degree apartment… holy cannoli the heat! I think i eat too much before a workout.. sometimes cereal with strawberries, sometimes a bagel and banana, sometimes yogurt with granola… depends on how much I’m running and what else I’m doing with it… again probably too much but oh well =) does the pro sculpt fill you up??
GREAT JOB HOLLY! It’s such a fine line of fueling enough or too much (that it ends up on the floor! ha!)
The altitue gets me big time! I went to Colorado for the first time last September and was shocked by how winded I got so quickly! That looks like a great no equipment workout of the day. I will definitely be trying it next time I am sans any equipment!
I hope you do Lauren–it was a fun (but tough) one!
L-Glutamine has been a staple in my life after hard runs or races for about 4 years. Swear by that stuff.
You should have called me for your open space workout in the altitude! Of course, I could barely walk, but I could have cheered you guys on!
Hope you had a great trip, sorry we didn’t hook up!
That’s so good to know Jill! I always trust your opinions!!
I’m imagining that as some point we’ll be watching you “In the games”
I hope you had fun in Breck! I love it there. Love the WOD too. Great.
I hope to get close enough to the athletes!! So amazing!
Egg whites and oats fuel me for workouts. Protein shake after.
You are so good!! Clean living girl!
Just got over here from PBF mentioning your workout – looks killer! Are you by chance in Manitou? I was at a wedding there in the fall – SO FLIPPIN BEAUTIFUL!!! I seriously considered moving there following the event haha
Hey girl! The wedding was in Breckenridge and it WAS gorgeous. Luckily, it was free form the CO fires (so sad).
So glad you stopped by!!
Great workout! Thanks! I was wondering if you could explain what your dynamic warm up is? You seem to dO it before your workouts and I would love to see it. Thanks!!
